Placing an order and paying the balance/deposit thereon indicates your acceptance of the following :

General
Online price quotes are valid for a period of 15 days.
Orders are scheduled for shipment within 10 days. Please allow for normal shipping times in addition.
Orders of 250+ pieces may require longer lead times.
"Rush Service" is available on any quantity, however it is imperative you communicate your exact needs to us. If you have a true rush we recommend you call directly @ 918-307-1995
Items may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued without notice.
The T-Shirt Guy assumes no responsibility for statements made in, or the content of, web sites visited via our links.
Customers are advised to always verify with our staff details of their orders, requests, by email or phone.
Orders which are lacking all necessary information may be delayed in production.
Information included in our online catalog is provided as a reference only and can not be guaranteed as 100% accurate.
Due to variations in computers and monitors the colors shown on catalog pages may not be accurate in tone or brightness.
All logos and brand names are trademarks of there respective corporations.
Occasionally it is necessary to substitute garments of a different brand name than that which was specified, if this happens we will attempt to notify the customer in advance. At no time will we substitute a lesser quality garment than that which was ordered.
If The T-Shirt Guy is providing art or typesetting services we will forward the finished art via email, fax or mail (as specified by customer) for approval. Your approval relieves The T-Shirt Guy of any liability for typographical errors.
All internet orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Internet orders require prepayment in full. In some circumstances we may accept a 50% deposit and payment of balance upon delivery (C.O.D.)

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card for orders up to $100,000.00, checks and money orders . Checks should be made payable to: The T-Shirt Guy Inc.

C.O.D. shipments will incur a $5.00 per box surcharge for the C.O.D. service

Shipments are sent UPS ground service, if an order will require expedited shipping (rush orders) the cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility and must be included in the prepaid amount.

The T-Shirt Guy is not responsible for delays caused by freight/shipping companies and is liable only for the additional cost of expedited paid. In the event the freight carrier fails to meet their published delivery schedule the customer will be refunded the cost of the expedited service.

Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 NSF fee and customer will be required to provide prepayment via credit card on all subsequent orders. Any return check which is not resolved within 30 days will be forwarded to our collection agency for all possible action.

We may at our discretion require a copy of a drivers license or other photo I.D. and a signature on some credit card transactions.

For orders totaling $5,000.00 or more additional terms may apply.

Return Policy
The follow applies to ALL returns:

No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
Customer is responsible for return freight.
No returns will be accepted due to customer's error in garment size selection.
If a refund is requested and approved, refund will be for amount of purchase only (including sales tax if applicable).
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of disputed/defective goods. Obviously worn or damaged goods will not be accepted.
Expedited freight, special handling fees or other special charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be issued in same manner that payment was made.
COD orders may incur a 10 waiting period before refund is issued.
